Part-Time Therapist

Remote (Based in PA, DE, NJ, FL, MD, NM, NY, TX, or NC)

Inspired & Free is currently seeking Licensed or License-Eligible Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions.

Inspired & Free is an expanding, therapist-owned private practice that serves adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our mission is to connect people with quality therapy services that feel like the right fit—for both the client and the therapist. We believe that when clinicians are aligned with their dream clients and feel supported in their work, everyone thrives.

We’re passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ therapists, and we offer a collaborative, affirming, and growth-oriented clinical community.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must meet the following:

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field (required)

  • Independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) or license-eligible

  • Minimum of 1 year providing direct care to your own caseload

  • Must reside in one of the states we serve: PA, DE, NJ, FL, MD, NM, NY, TX, VA, or NC

  • Individual and group supervision provided for pre-licensed clinicians

Compensation

$36.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on licensure

Additional opportunities for increased pay available

Full-time hours and opportunities for and supervisory roles available after probation period
